In Andomeda is a planetary nebula which becomes more interesting with each increase in magnification. At 70x it is a small, bluish disk; at 220x, the center becomes visibly dimmer, making it ring-shaped. Definitely a worthwhile planetary -- use your highest power eyepiece to best detect the subtle increase in light output towards the edges.
