H.VIII.12 (NGC 6664)

This little open cluster in Scutum is not particularly unique or interesting, at least in my opinion, as compared to other deep space objects. It is rather sparse and dim, and since it lies in a rich region it may prove hard to distinguish. It does, however, lie in the same low power field as Alpha Scutii, and it may be their cuddling up to this star that makes hem seem craven and insecure.
