Jane's Acrylic Paintings
Jane Davis has been studying and creating acrylic paintings for 20 years. But, until recently, her primary endeavors have been raising her three children and working full time to help get them all through college. But now, she has retired from the workplace and is able to focus on her two grandchildren and on her painting. She paints animals, scenery and even some people (usually together with animals and scenery). She thinks painting is fun and personally rewarding. And she thinks having colorful, beautiful paintings to look at is also a rewarding thing. Over the years, she's gotten favorable feedback on her work, sold some of it, and continued to study and learn. She has no hidden agenda, no depressing themes. But her work clearly shows her affection for animals, for all kinds of people, and for beautiful places. So, here are her paintings. If you like them, you can buy them. And they're a bargain, too!
Jane belongs to the Gainesville Fine Arts Association.
